Ya if Tyson had trained his entire life in muay thai and other kickboxing. Tyson doesn't have any idea how dangerous a guy can be if he has a strong low kick. After about 3 solid ones Tyson would be begging to be punched in the face and that's when the knockout would come. I'd give Tyson maybe 1 round but after that he'd get KO'd within a couple minutes.

depends under what rules , boxing most definitely , kickboxing unlikely if Hoost can stay calm and keep a distance and chop his legs away
