Yes, but keep in mind that once sellers get too many negs the door opens for PP ridiculous 21 day hold policy too. eb doesn't mind one little bit that sort of thing happens. The horror stories are popping up everywhere.All the good honest folks are leaving fast as their feet can carry them, the only one's to be left are scammers.Who or where else in the entire world will let a 3rd party hold the funds yet be required to ship 1st & HOPE they get paid, in a rigged unfair system?

Not I! I don't think it is ever going to go up again. They are destroying Ebay so that they can concentrate on Skype and Overstock, etc.Maybe on the short, if you are brave and much smarted than I am about the market but in the long run, Ebay will never be the same and they are only making is worse.I think there are much better ways to make money than to loose it AGAIN to Greedbay.

Absolutely, Absolutely, Absolutely! I think alot of it is angry users who have been ripped off and their businesses shut down and they are letting it out in revenge to destroy the site. And you know what? That is exactly what they have done. Greedbay opened all the doors for scammers and theives.....And I am not talking about the buyers of sellers.......it is the Administration and Imployees.

I would like to see the real statistics about UID's since buyer immunity? Ask someone in CS, I bet management is overwhelm with complaints. Is ebay getting to be too risky to sell on? Is it like advertising in the scandal sheets?

eBay claims that it is not possible to remove negs, but they sure can remove negative feedback left as a positive comment. and they sure can remove unpaid item strikes against people who do not pay me. why are they doing this? christ i get people bidding on several of my items, paying for NONE, and leaving me several NEGS in a row. Since I filed a NPB complaint, they get unpaid item strikes, but ebay always reverses them. what in the christ is going on?

Stock market 101? Lemme see, I did not get good grades in civics class, but - if I remember right (long ago). . .IF a business needed investment money to get established, they could sell stocks to public investors, and the PI would get a share, plus perhaps sell the stock for a profit IF the company value increased. Too simple? IF the business was very successful, they buy back the stock to have full ownership and not have to pay dividends to shareholders. So buy back CHEAP! So? GEBAY
