Although the arguements advanced by these scientists tends to supplement the neurological approach to subjectivity, it might do well to recall Lacan's views on neurology. During a talk he gave to M.I.T. in the 1970s, Lacan was asked a question by Noam Chomsky on thought. In his reply, Lacan stated that he had seen enough E.E.G. readings to know that there was not a single thought in the brain (Rudinesco, 1997). These comments, which scandalized Lacan's audience, may be interpreted as an allusion to the overwriting of the real by the symbolic. Science takes the real as its object of study without attending to the veiling of the object by its representation. E.E.G. readings, for example, are representations, and for Lacan the representation, as in speech, is all that exists. The meaning of that which it refers to is invariably constructed within a chain of signifiers from which it is possible to hypostatize a concept only when the principle of metaphoricity at work in its meaning is obfuscated. Such obfuscation is part of the 'paranoic refusal of recognition' (Lacan, 1953: p. 93), the stabilization of the barred subject, in which communication, in this case that of science, 'always subjectively includes its own reply' (ibid: p. 93).

Freud makes his JEWISH SUPREMACIST VIEWPOINT very clear in a letter to a Jewish woman who intended to conceive a child by a Gentileto heal the split in psychoanalysis. His words were:"I must confess...that your fantasy about the birth of the Savior to a mixed union did not appeal to me at all. The Lord, in that anti-Jewish period, had him born from the SUPERIOR Jewish race. But I know theseare my prejudices."

A year later the same woman gave birth to a child fathered by a member of the "superior Jewish race." FREUD RESPONDED:"I am, as you know, cured of the last shred of my predilection for the Aryan cause, and would like to take it that if the child turned out to be a boy he will develop into a stalwart ZIONIST."

Let us banish all these will-o'-the-wisps!I shall not present my compliments to Jung in Munich, as you know perfectly well....We are and remain Jews. Freud (WHO IS JEWISH) suggested that Christian sexual morality was the cause of mental illness on a grand scale. He relentlessly undermined the concepts of sexual fidelity and the foundations ofmarriage. In 1915 he stated:"Sexual morality — as society, in its extreme form, the American,defines it — seems to me very contemptible. I advocate anincomparably freer sexual life."

Psychoanalysis is the best religion and Freud is a God. soccer is also a religion in which Maradona, Pele or Zidane are Gods, to some. Psychoana is the most intruiging phenomenon to the curious mind, nothing deepens the human spirit more than knowledge of the priciples of psychoanalysis. ung also deserves respect, although he is not as authentic as Sigmu.

Freud´s theories are the base of all therapies, even the ones most comportamental, also based on Skinner and Pavlov finds in the begning of 20th century. If Freud showed we respond to some drives that are not conscious, if he showed we are less concious of our acts than we think, he also showed that ego/I (and ego ideal) tries a lot to control the unconscious drives and he showed how this control happens. So nowadays ego therapies also have some freudian paternity.
