Hey, I bought one and in 5 months the lid was broken at both hinges and dell would do absolutely nothing about it. They just sent me from one person to the next until i gave up. What a piece of shit - I'll never buy another dell

I bought one last week and it did not do that, he probably droped it. In general, Dell is a great and solid machine with too many features compared to its price.

what do u mean big deal? im not paying 700 for a fuking laptop that makes that shitty sound. I want to be paying for something quality. Dont get me wrong, this laptop is great and its powerfull but it has many many many STUPID flaws which DELL could very EASILY fix, but they just dont want to.

My xps has a couple of annoying bits it because they are so small and compact. its all a tightly pack jigsaw under the case.

Remember that the reviews on YouTube that show 90% of the problems happened during the release. At this point, Dell has worked out the issues and has much better quality control, Dell is not immune to this problem, Sony, LG, Sharp, etc all have some issues during launch ( same for cars etc ) Not happy, request a replacement :) In 30days of course.
