The Broadway critics and naysayers have a lot to answer for the Tony nomination given to Lestat star Carolee Carmello for featured actress in a musical. Playing the mother of the vampire Lestat, Carolee couldn't contain her excitement with her family when she heard the news. "I was in the kitchen watching the broadcast with my husband on TV.
