Hardware Review: Steelseries Ikari Laser Mouse

GGL's Mahmood Ali reviews the Steelseries Ikari laser mouse. The Ikari features the ability to hit 3200 CPI, internally saves its settings so you can take it anywhere without its drivers, and features Steelseries Freemove technology. We subjected the Ikari to a series of gameplay and durability tests, and the results were, well, split...GGL's Yooly Mukai did the honors.

I want to buy mouse for RTS game Warcraft 3. I'm thinking about Razer DeathAdder. Comparing DA to Ikari Laser and Optical which one do you think would be the best choice? Is there a big difference between Optical and Laser that's worth paying more money for Laser?

it is not needed in gaming, since youre concentrating in gaming that you should not be looking at the mouse LCD screen cause that would distract you and it just make the mouse seems cooler.
