Iron Chef Sakai has ALWAYS been my favorite, ever since I started watching the show when I was 12 or 13. My favorite pairing has always been Sakai, Kenichi and Morimoto. I'm so sad they took it off the Food Network! Iron Chef America just isn't the same...
