Sifu jeff doesnt rig his moves to make him look fast.I trained under him, plus why we would he purposely harm the guy he is demonstrating on. I think that shows very good control.

Why does it always have to be fake or sped up? There are other people out there with other styles who are really fast too. Not every body is full of sh$t. I don't really like LT or Jeff or this video, but I do love WT and have a great respect for the art. As long as we train, it makes sense, works and is fun too do, whats the problem?

Anybody who thinks this clip is sped up, I must say, I presume they're joking. If they can't work out the abundantly obvious way to realise it isn't sped up, I would advise they test their IQ and, if needed, consider professional help. I mean, I don't care which 'art' is better out of you people, but, to make a statement like that... when there is such an obvious clue as to why it's not quickened... it does make me wonder about people sometimes...

and the answer was...NO...apparently "sihing" is just another talker...

Hmmmm... Put weight into strikes.. Well seeing as you are not a WT Practioner, actually makes it understandable why you are so stupid into thinking you get power in Bui Tze that way...You get power in Bui Tze from the elastic force of the Tendons and ligaments, using each point(joint) in the body to generate power!!!!If you don't believe so pop along to the nearest WT school and ask an advanced WT practioner to Fak Sao you in the neck a few times...

This WT Sifu is quick. You don't need to be in good shape if you hit somebody with one of those shots to the throat.

The only way you can determine if a sifu is a paper tiger is to touch hands with him personally. Have you touched hands the sifu in this video?
