it was mostly about show and just trying to fake out the other guy for the good point. Most of all we had some serious fun when we did this...we did get fairly physical in one of the sessions...one got his bell rung pretty good and I dislocated my shoulder. Ah, the good ol' days.

you guys are good but you sorta just did whateva no REAL sparring you just hit each other. In TKD sparring it's like fencing or playing chess you outhink your opponent. But still you guys are pretty good i'll give ya that much.

Yeah the T.K.D. cups limit your movement to much.

Not bad for amateur sparring, a lil tip, USE A CUP lol, I see alot of u guys got nut busted. I don't like the taekwando cups myself, way to big, so I like to use the kind they use in football, u can get them at walmart, they are a bit more comfortable
