Yep , true , but don't forget that a good violonist or pianist or any other instrument musician needs a good conductor and song or music writer to show his or her talents. A musicians without a good music is nothing.

hes a conductor. of course others are playing, he controls the are. he wrote it. he gets credit. when a orchestra plays, it is credited to the director, then each induvidual
