Antonin Scalia represents the biggest problem with America today. Not only is he the biggest idiot that has ever served on the Supreme Court, but he doesn't care about human right whatsoever. Congress should impeach this monster!

Au contraire. Part of the Massive ACORN voter fraud was the fact that there were numerous people who were registering multiple times with the same name, but with different addresses and the State was not verifying this. So, in essence we have no idea how many times people could have mailed in their votes in different counties of the same state. Still a Country without a Full-Proof system of stopping this.

I'm not saying anything about the 2000 election but as far as the most recent one I guess you don't understand what ACORN was realy doing. It was voter REGISTRATION fraud. NOT voter fraud. What's the difference? Well they had people sign up to register more than once under names like "mickey mouse" and "tony romo"unless there really was someone with an ID that said mickey mouse or tried to pose as tony romo it wasn't voter fraud.

You can't even spell it right. It's ACORN, not Acord. Even the Liberal Media Outlets were all reporting the Fraud in 12 states by ACORN. If the election had come down to a 1% spread it would have been major news after the Election. Both parties use Robo calls and the Leaflets tactic was an isolated event in 1 town. The Media is the real fraud when they kept saying McCain was all negative, when in fact Obama was bashing McCain in all his speeches, comparing him to Bush. What a doublestandard

It's even more funny that you buy in the lies about Acord who abided by the law and called into account what was going on. Funnt that we are a country that to this day can't count votes quickly and accurately. Funny that groups are intimidated by robo calls, leaflets with wrong election dates and on and on. Funny that you should expect us to scream about fraud now but where were you eight and 4 years ago screaming about the fraud. That's because, funny, you are a fraud. Have a nice day.

The election wasn't stolen 8 yrs ago and it wasn't stolen this year either. Just a huge amount of Voter Fraud in a few states, but not enough to overturn the results, but still wrong. The largest issue is this election had the most Uninformed Voters I've ever seen and it was just a Kneejerk reaction to Vote for anyone other than the Republicans. It could have been Mickey Mouse. Uninformed because most Voters did not investigate Obama's Extreme Background and Extreme Voting Record!

"Funny how" the conservatives and Republicans weren't worried about an election being stolen eight years ago, but now they want to invent stuff about vote "fraud" so they can appear concerned about our democracy."Funny how" that works isn't it?

Funny how all the Liberals and Dems on here are screaming over an old case that was re-counted over and over several times, but I don't hear any Liberals or Dems out there screaming about how this years election might be stolen because of the Fraud by ACORN and other Nut Job organizations.

Did not Jesus live to just after his 30's btw? And let's re-account for his humanity, in those 30.

So Scalia admits freely to influencing the other justices but it was not political but ideological. If there is nothing to get over, how can we get over it instead of keep asking questions? Also Scalia says that a decision made 8 years ago is old? How old is the constitution then?
