The guy is pretty awesome. Didn't particularly care for him at first but have gained respect for his vocal ability. This performance was flawless!!!!

I totally agree. This has got to be the gazillionth time I've watched this, and I still CAN'T GET OVER how incredible he sounds (and looks! hah). Seriously, the brilliance and beauty of David's voice is un-freakin-believable. He absolutely blows me away!!! I can't wait for 11/11 when his CD drops!! I know. He was adorable too. He looked so nervous to be in a room full of all girls. He only sang one verse because he didn't have a lot of time. But we still enjoyed it.

Many weeks later and I'm still watching this video every day.It just gives me CHILLS because he put SO MUCH passion into this song. It would be absurd to say David doesn't own this song. It outdoes the original by many miles. And that's why I love this kid. He's able to take ANYTHING and make it even better, just when everyone thought it couldn't get better.
