-The second major air pollution source they have in India is the type 3 Diesel they use,type 3 spits 10 times more hydrocarbons than type 1,used in Western Europe and USA.-And nobody even talk about the subject,that is the MAJOR source of air pollution in the third world,responsible for more than 70%,including Dominican Republic.-So stop blaming USA for your the world problems,at least we got a grip on the situation,and,the world don't pay our bills,we pay our own bills thank you very much!

-No,it won't,that's exactly my point,the Nano will have a 2 cylinder,29 hp engine based on the Honda CB 400 that manages to average 30 mpg.-The first victim of the Nano will be the hundreds of thousands of 3 wheeled scooter-taxis that are responsible for a good 35% of all the urban air pollution in India.-With time,they will be all replaced,wich is a step in the right direction.-If you want some historical precedence check the Isetta story and the results of the BMW swap in the car...
