I Do thati charge it over nitethen i listen to it for 10 minutes already a quarter is gonei took my first one backgot a new onestill had the same problemim deffinatly not exchanging the ipod i have nowim getting a different kindi do not like it at all

It's a flash based drive, which means there are no moving parts to be concerned over being wrecked if you shake it. :)

Ipod sucks! The Audio is so crap, i could beat box better! Try Samsung DNSE thats quality to the MAXX and sony Walkmans, but they both have radio's and bluetooth better battery life etc.... Only thing good about ipod is I tunes, thats what makes the ipod, with out it it is poor
