This is the reason im a goalkeeper lol! Although ive broken my collar bone and fingers loads of times, =/ sometimes a stress fracture can happen all by itself. Other times its just down to your positioning and if the guy on the other end is a good tackler or not. I hate videoes like this but its usfull to watch, well just incase i see it on the real pitch.
