BBW, sadly, involuntary psychiatric lockups rarely last for more than a month. So many ways to manipulate the system, especially by a sociopath so familiar with it he knows all the right things to say and do to get out. That requires massive self control though, and for a psychopath with little to no self control, the pent up rage will often manifest itself with a vengeance once set free. Hopefully the staff is watching though as part of his outpatient plan, and he'll be back in no time.
