Fantastic song, No not everybody in that video is black. On the beach scene there are many black people. The change then occurs in the eluminate scene to make a better contrast. This is not a racist remark just a fact that black contrasts better with elemuninate materials to increase the effect of that part of the video. Please restrain from posting these comments on youtube for future reference.

When I first watched this video. I thought it was a parody on a certain rapper in the media. Something from SNL or Mad TV. Oh well.
