It's a great record but this isn't Grady - it was recorded in New York's Pythian Temple studio and has Burlison playing on it. Burnette went to Nashville a couple of months later and recorded the classic trio stuff like Lonesome Train, Rock Therapy and Train Kept a Rollin' - that was with Grady Martin. Just compare the playing on these tracks. Two different styles - two different players.

Sam Phillips passed on Johnny Burnette but he was better than much of what was happening then.
