I live here! It's not a lovely city, with the exception of some "nice" (not awesome) places downtown, it is a shit hole--plain and simple. For God's sake, Berlin after the war looked better than some places in Detroit do now. Don't believe me? Just search for "Detroit ghetto" in the search bar above.
