well....what do you mean by better? the ones from heat were more realistic, people were hiding from bullets behind cars and buildings. the ones from killer/hard boiled were cooler. the guy doing tricks in mid air and stuff like he is invincible. so from an entertainment perspective you're right, killer/hard boiled were better.

i didn't like heath ledger that much, but to be fair he did a really good job in dark knight. besides, dark knight has a deep story unlike the other batmans.
