I've had some success against this defense by playing a4 after castling with white like in the Evan's gambit. When Bxb4, c3, Bc5, d4 which helps in lending the long diagnol to the dark squared bishop to get extra support on the kingside attack and can catch the pawn on g7 if the opponent doesn't see d5

i agree its really quite annoying.having to move your bishop.how do you play well against it as black?
