This is the full arrest video of Neil Magnuson and Jack Elliman.Most interesting to me is the Bylaw Person (Anita) taking such an active roll when there were other real cops present.Heard a rumor that the officer doing the eye gouging(Hampton?)was actually working during a suspension at the time of this video.Feel free to make comments but don't expect a response. I don't care what you think.
