Rockin' Berries - He's In Town
A forgotten band of the British Invasion. At the height of the British Invasion, when every band was modeling their sound after The Beatles, the Rockin' Berries went for more of a Four Seasons sound with a cover of The Token's "He's In Town". Bad mistake. The song was largely overlooked in the U.S. It's a good tune, though.

Never heard it before but I like it! I don't think it's much different from the Tokens' version however, and I have that band's greatest hits CD, so I probably don't need this one. But it's still pretty good.

This group has a Quality sound. Should have had a few hits here in the US.Is Geoff Turton the lead singer on this song? He doesn't look too much like Jefferson, does he?I loved the version by The Reflections, "(Just Like) Romeo and Juliet", of "Poor Man's Son". These guys did a real nice rendition of that tune, also.Who introduced this clip? He looks familiar. You all have Superb taste with the 60's British sound, in my opinion. Thanks for post.

I didn't mean the volume level, it just sounds a bit fuzzy. Great band tho!

For some reason when the video was compressed for YouTube the audio volume dropped. Just turn it up. ;)
