Live 09 is the game to get this year. The critical reviews by like web sites like IGN are crap. They gave 2K9 a great score. Did they not see how unplayble 2K9 is online? The countless bugs? No lobbies? The rampant shooting %'s of glitchers and cheaters? I wasted my money on 2K9 and then I went with Live. Buy live, you'll be glad you did. 2K9 is in beta stage. The reign of the series is over.

oh, and 2K hasn't been using theirs for years either? Marv Albert is great, best commentary around. 2K is stale and old. You 2K fanboys need to open your eyes. The era is over. 2K9 blows, it's been the same game since 2k6. I'm done with it.

EA's been using the same stupid PA announcer for 12 years. And plus the PA announcer never says "Kobe Bryant FOR TWO." It just sounds lame. EA knew they would lose against 2K Sports so they decided not to release their game for PC. NBA 2K9 is so much more realistic. People who like arcade style prefer EA. Checkout my NBA 2K9 PC gameplay!

the graphics look good, but how is the gameplay? I mean it looks like it simulates the real NBA..ya know the ball handler goes one on one, while the other 4 players just stand around.

what i like about live is they have the right music for the right team. Did you guys notice live makes that noise after kobe hit free throws? unlike 2k. Live rox
