actually, there's a lot of pan-asian refernces in there, though it does lean toward China and Japan. pobably because there's a lot of stereotypes and preconceptions Americans have of those countries in particular. i'm not going to list off every reference, but Ang Lee and Connie Chung are Chinese, and Buddha originated in India. besides, it's a parody joke song, and "Asians" flows better in the lyrics that "japanese" would.
