The reason they lip sync [most often] to songs like O Jung Ban Hap is mostly, as what I've come to understand, because, well, singing while dancing like that would be the equivalent of singing while you're jump roping- the outcome is not very pretty, and the dance is much nicer than hearing them sing this without the dance live, in my opinion :]
