Aww... They made a really cute couple. The divorce made me sad, but I'm glad she's moving on. Hikki deserves the best. ^^

That's why I said "or by others like in COLORS." Noticed how I've used OTHERS there. You know, it really doesn't hurt to actually READ through people's comments before trying to point a "correction." It really makes things so much easier for everyone else when you do.

It's just my interpretation though, and I could very well be wrong. It might just be that Utada is taking her meaning of art and music to a different level again and keeping her PV's simple to keep it appropriate with her music - after all, Hikki continuously evolves musically and she expresses them through various ways.I still have to admit I miss seeing her stylish and stunning PV's like Sakura Drops tho...

I was actually sad to see the two divorce. It feels like Hikki is purposefully making her recent PV's not as artsy/lavish like the ones directed by Kiriya (or by others like in COLORS) as a sign of respect.

That's the greatest charm of Utada for me. I mean, she's a multi-millionaire, but she still dresses casually and doesn't get caught up in the ridiculous celeb habit of wearing thousand dollar dresses and diamonds. Its so hard these days to see girls with a genuine feel in the industry, even in the Japanese geinokai where the extravagant celebrity lifestyle seems to be new in-thing.
