Omelet (Cuneyt Havlioglu & Serkan Kutan)
Omelet is a modern fairy tale, a romantic comedy with an emphasis on humor and more. Romance drops out of a three story window and lands on the protagonists' heads. It is about two people's paths crossing without their awareness, and yet they affect each other's lives in absurd ways. Minor but essential details and coincidences in their daily lives accumulate and turn into an unexpected romance.Omelet presents an underlying exploration of the signs that are scattered throughout our daily lives and how they can make a difference to those who are receptive to them. That was the official synopsis. Now the real thing is, watch those pieces of crumpled yellow paper throughout the film (and your life) - or the coincidences. Follow them, look out for them, enjoy them... People tend to ignore them. Gifted ones don't. Please don't blame us you think what you see in the film has nothing to do with what is explained here :) It is the intentions that matter. PS: Unfortunately this is not a very high-resolution version of the film due to YouTube limitations. When Marcus opens up the crumpled paper, he sees "You made the omelet fly" written in there. Folks told us that it is not easy to read. Very clever; a simple, witty, and small comedy about a big concept that is synchronicity...Those little signs that are not so little anymore when you finally connect the dots .Amazing choice of music BTW! Keep up the good work guys sounds like you're on something...
