this ad resembles the very initial struggle that PETRONAS was foreseen to face ... The company started with a loan from the government. Being very new to the Oil n Gas industry, they were juggling very hard to make ends meet (same as the pakcik) Malaysians neeed to deliver despite the fact that the resources are scarce. they started with a very small amount of money, and now, they are one of the largest in oil n gas industry... its nothing racial really, it has always been Malaysian

Well, I think it's not as easy as you think. Malaysia is not the US. If you think you can import the same values of freedom and liberty to Malaysia, then I believe you are wrong. I believe in freedom and liberty, but it's not time yet for Malaysia. Peace and stability is the main objective right now for Malaysia.

Better to patch the boat as it is sinking already. Compare Malaysia with Singapore and you know Malaysia can do better had they been opened to all and reward according to merits instead of concentrating in pleasing one race at the expense of the country's progress.
