What you got there is an bk socket with a bull dog or pdi shuttle lock system. The vasaline also helps keep you for getting a dry socket if the cast is wet. I do notice the orientation of the shuttle dummy seems a little problematic but i dont know the situation. Good job and the lab is much cleaner than where i work..

The tattoo is distracting. Reminds me of a state prison. It invokes my fight or flight reaction. The video also seems incomplete.
