Reassembly of K100RS after Spline Lube

I decided to lube the spline on my brothers 91 K100RS. This is the time-lapse video of the reassembly. It took 3.5 hours.

If you live in Phoenix, I'll help you, although it's really not too hard. It'll be faster since you dont have ABS or a paralever drive. On the 85 you need to lube the REAR spline yearly or more since it only has 16 splines. I can send you a picture of my worn splines (85 K100RT).

Wow. I've got a 1985 K100 that I was considering doing the same thing, but now I'm scared.Thanks for the rids. I will post a walk around for mine.
