Thanks vbaj but I really don't think I could have! The thing is, Palin doesn't know enough about any of these topics to have formed an opinion, let alone a wise, leaderly response. Shes spent the past couple of months on a crammer and frankly I was surprised she was as articulate as she was. She did frighteningly well, actually. The woman is not the sharpest tool in the box, and she's not educated to college level (which she pointed out rather skilfully). Why did 46% of people want her?

INteresting comment, she never traveled, but she read books and make up her mind on what the issues are in those countries without seeing any country first hand... Pretty sad...

You reckon so? She seems to just spout out bullshit, and the amount of breaks in her 'sentences' would show that she is pretty nervous.. Spout bullshit and sound nervous? That's the only thing you can do when put under pressure if you don't know what your talking about xD

I hate to say this, but I am impressed by her calmness, her lack of fluster, and her ability to stay true to what she is thinking on the topic even when Couric does her best to unseat her. You don't have to agree with her, but isn't there something to admire here? I'm pretty sure I couldn't do what she did.
