Does Fox News' Bill O'Reilly Want Government Religion?
In multiple clips, including one from September 25, 2007, I show Bill O'Reilly repeating his frequent falsehood that the ACLU is anti-religion. I then show the ACLU actually only opposes GOVERNMENT religion with DOZENS of examples from: http://www.ACLUFightsforChrist... I ask my viewers if they think Bill O'Reilly's frequent falsehood reveals something about his OWN position on government religion.

Not sure how that is different, because that is essentially what I had stated.

Thats all fine and good, but you cannot sit by and let people change laws to reflect their religion. Thats where the line needs to be drawn. I dont care how much they hate gays and non Christians, but once they take that to the secular world then we have a problem.

Well, O'Reilly is a jackass who gets insulted easily. He blows everything out of proportion, and tends to bully his guests. However, I do have to agree that the ACLU -and a lot of liberals in general- seems to have something against Christianity. They seem to not mind any other religion celebrating their holidays in public, but God forbid Christians do. If they actually did what they claim -and were fair and indiscriminate-, I would support them. Until then, no.

You contradict yourself by claimingI meant to say, another excuse to not answer the question. Which you do.

abates,You contradict yourself by claiming I "never answer the question" right after claiming I "always find another excuse to answer the question.""More importantly, you STILL fail to address:1) your paraphrasing error and2) your claim the Establishment Clause is "there to keep the government from ESTABLISHING a new religion, not to restrict any laws having to do with religion," which is contradicted by: a) History b) James Madison & c) US Supreme CourtThx 4 commenting :-)
