well... ummm... to be honest it kinda reminds me of a breakdance 'robot' lol. i mean look at that guy o.oon the other side going along with the attacks actualy IS the easiest and most effecient way to dodge an attack i think.therefore i'd say i'll give the vid a 4/5 stars.it is good but i miss the counterattack part xDlol btw i was born in russia and am living in germany, so i say russia is the best! (c'mon haters & flamers show me w00t u got =P)

не на то вы смотрите... разве не заметно как эти "тренера" (в ковычках т.к. это далеко не спорт) они даже не на орене... не в ринге... они на войне... можно даже заметить как они возвращаются обратно в нашу "мирную" жизнь..чуть не вырезая своих подопечных... это далеко не слабаки... и не для себя они замедляют движения..а все для техже подопечных...а если вы про "зеленых") то под таким руководством они, слава Богу, скоро оперятся)))

its not about whos better its about circumstances and whos more prepared trust me ive been in many fights some ive won and some i should have never got into and ive been trained in tai kwan do and jui jitsu and no training can prepare you for the real world circumstances.
