This was the first time the Kamehameha (Ka me ha me ha) attack was introduced into the Dragonball Z world.. early in Dragon Ball when Goku was still a kid.

lol i saw this episode the other day online, i remember wat goku did right after that. he blew up bulmas dyno cap car ( capsule early on)with a kamehameha wave, it was tiny
