Monty Python's Graham Chapman: Final Interview

Probably the last known interview of Monty Python star Graham Chapman. He died in late 1989. It's amazing how optimistic this interview was, considering how close he was to the end.

I wish I hadn't watched this now...I'm fighting back the tears. :( But bless his heart, he was so nice & funny right till the very end. It was the end where he said "I'm standing" & smiled that got me...never take anything for granted & make the most of everyday & the lovely people around you. God bless you, Graham! x x x x x x x

While it is of course a shame that such a great lad is no longer with us, such events should be taken in stride, and solace should be taken in knowing that the reason there is such sadness around his inevitable loss is that he brought such great joy to the world. We'll all miss him, but we'll not forget him.

Python fans- We should compile a database of people to subscribe to/videos to watch for others! Message me with suggestions! When there's enough, I'll post a video compiling the list of things every python fan must watch on youtube :D^I'm posting this in loads of places but I especially especially would like chapman clips. He was my favorite and I think a lot of new python fans should be exposed to his genius.

He was one of my favorate Pythons, although they we're all fantastic. His facial expressions we're priceless. I'll always remember his one man wrestling match at the Hollywood Bowl!

Quite said at the end when the guy says that Graham is "making good progress" and should be "back to work in a few months".

I feel the same- he touched my life although I was only a year old when he died. The only sort of immortality a human being can achieve.
