In ur case being lebanese u`re not considered arab as far as I know or better most of the palestian descendents that went to lebanon as refugees are considered arab but the original population the catholic population is considered semitic but not arabic.Now wether lebanon is arab or not depends on one`s perception. If u`re a palestinian descendent probably for u it`s arabic but for me it`s not.

In a muslim country there aren`t any latin festas as far as i know... In the arab architectural environment, mosques and not churches prevail. Whilst in an arab country 80-percent may be muslim in Malta and in latin countries maybe some 80 percent are catholics even though not all practice their religion but still they consider themselves so. That doesn`t mean that that is the whole picture but it is surely the dominant one.
