Great video. I lived in on Kadena Air Base in Okinawa, Japan for 2 years. It was amazing. However, the topic of the American military's vast shadow of negativity now cast on Okinawa is not one that I see of great importance right now. The reason is there are greater threats to safety posed by other nations. If anything, we are protecting them or at least giving them more of a chance to survive. Think back to World War II when Japanese soldiers killed Okinawans out of fear of our military.

Thanks for your concern. Are you from Okinawa?I just went back last year to celebrate her Kajimaya(97th birthday, just in case you don't know what it is). I am planning to go back within a couple of years. This video reminds me of good old days in Okinawa. It is so true that there is no place like home.

also i wish my grandmothers and grandfathers lived longer... my grandfathers were murdered by the communists and my grandmothers died the same week... atleast they didnt die in a horrible home, but in eastern slovakia the oldest person since ww2 became 63 years... because of nuclear waste dumped long under the ground... very nice video, people have to stop stressing

the problem in western europe and north america is that people dont take care of the old people, when i get old i dont want to be sent to some home... what gratitude do they show their parents? you take care of your children for 20 years and help them with their problems whenever they need help, and when you need help your children puts you in some home... its cruel!!! this is a problem in the world, im from eastern europe and people that do so against their parents are not respected here
