3ds max Heart scene

i made a 3d heart in 3ds max just to see if i could. but when i was done i wanted to make it beat like its living. but when i was done making it Live i still wanted more so i made a body, i made a cart, i made his chest open. but i still wanted more so i made a desk then a sink then a bend then walls a door everything that would be in a the ER Everything i could think of! EVERYTHING BUTTT his damn hands.the main focus of this video is his heart.

someone asked me if the whole focus is on the heart why did i do a 360 with the camera? but i think its my mind trying to say even if your heart stops the world keeps turning....or i just wanted to make a surrounding :P
