The song's name is Sadame, I have it on my computer. But quite frankly, that's beside the point. No matter how many times I watch it, this vid is great!

Well, it is Sadame written by Naoki Sato. That's what you find, if you want to by a CD. Don't know what "unmei" is..

idiot song is from the anime X you can translate sadame to destiny i even have original sheets where it's called sadame
