And if you take even a few moments to research air sovereignty alert in the US you will quickly find that the President doesn't even order alert fighters scrambled. Mineta has been questioned on this several times since his original testimony. He has never waivered. Cheney was in the bunker and IN CHARGE. He intentionally allowed the Pentagon to be hit.Cheney was the main man orchestrating things that day. It was Cheney who called Guliani and told him to get out of WTC7 because the towers were going to collapse.

They were hijacked one at a time.Why didn't they follow standard operating procedure and intercept the first one, BEFORE the second one (which they did not know would happen)was hijacked?IMHO - it's because the necessary order for them to scramble never came.

Well, i would call my self a neutral observer(cause i'm not from th US) and i thinkthat the f-16s weren't scrambled becoause of the ovbius reason that a terrorist attack of the scale and with this much death wasn't seen anywhere in the world till 9/11 so the autorities couldn't predict that the hijack was just the beggining. I think that the terrorists commited this horrable just as a cattalist for an invasion that would cost more lives wich should turn the people of the middle east against USA.

I'm a little skeptical about the 911 Commission report simply because it was written by the same author as the Warren Commission which concluded that Lee Harvey Oswald acted alone in assassinating the United States President John F. Kennedy. Their work should be labeled "Fiction".

jeffmay1 You brought up the Payne case. Norad say they chased down 32 in one two month period, in one document. He was out of contact, which is normal for people to be, not in an emergency situation for the 76 minutes you say, but in just a few minutes from ATC asking that he be looked at he WAS. Don't you get it YET. AND by your understanding several aircraft available. What traitor made none available on 911 IN TIME 45 minutes etc like you claimed.
