I believe they meant Trans "buff" skills when they say Trans skills. And about blink, dash and fade step, if you watched the vid carefully, its a way to setup a good initial attack. Fading cancels the opponent's combo. Dashing while in combo mode makes your combo skills execute faster and if you've noticed, the Wiz is has very good retargetting skills. Only pro's can do that, not just head to head PVP where what you count on is only your equips, ranks and level.

The comp attack skill for WI is too slow to be used in pvp.
