Its got mad compressor surge tho, that sound after teh initial blow off, all it is, is the bov not releasing enough pressure and its pushing back towards the turbo

It's the sound of the blow-off valve. It's a valve that releases the pressurized air of the turbo back into the atmosphere during shifts. Without a valve, the air basically hits a brick wall between gears and, with no where else to go, can create a lot of back-pressure on the turbo, which isn't very good for reliability.
