Firstly Boulez is NOT a modernist, is MODERN, and is a very different thing.Boulez represent the classicism of late XX century. Modernism is that caricature of romanticism like to say: romanticism with the iron machine. Prokofiev is modernist, not Boulez.So...given that, pathetic or not, Boulez is modern.People like you instead are like food out of date: useless. Arvo Part is not "simple" or "easy": Arvo Part is simply BORING, weak, clumsy and mediocre, like minimalism. Better to get a load of good Techno Dance music. More fun.

What all of you don't understand is that Boulez is exactly like Britney Spears, and I love them both. But while Britney is only like a simple shot-gun Pierre is like flot of B52 bombarders full of atomic bombs. The real difference between them is that Britney has a good marketing staff beyond her, and Boulez only a set of idiot chickens saing he's "difficult" and "intellectual". Read less books and make your brain working.
