No. Cars were ment to be driven from the INSIDE. If you are in a car accident and the fault was not yours then that was just bad luck, shit happens. If you choose to train surf then you ar putting yourself in a suitation where the liklyhood of death or serious injury is a hundredfold that of driving a car. Trains were ment to be ridden on the inside dammit.
