PETA investigation exposed cruelty by monks at the Mepkin Abbey Monastery's egg operation in South Carolina. this shows that everyone/anyone can commit animal cruelty. everyone always says peta has plans to keep getting more and more people to treat animals right until there are NO pets any longer, i dont think this is true but even if it was, peta is the only organisation doing anything to help all animals so i have to say i support them for now. maybe not everything they do, but im glad they drive people crazy until they stop hanging and blow torching dogs.... and other stuff like that, cuz that IS wrong

i agree with you on the stop animal cruelty, but not all religions are like this. i am vegetarian, but also christian :)

I have two pit bulls and a Labadore I raise them to be obedient dogs I do not beat or chatise them in a mean way. I even let one of my pit bulls sleep in my bed.I even along with my brother rescued one of them from a pit bull fighter like Mike Vick.Fight for the rights of unborn babies then you will serve a purpose.

PETA shows no positive purpose anymore their lack of protest angainst the actions of Mike Vick shows they put more effort into attacking the Abbey monks spinning the story then they did on Mike Vick. I guess there is a lo9t of football fans in Peta .

Watched P&T video. It made me sad. I hope viewers will see beyond their Orwellian ethics and come to understand that veganism is a practical, healthy, and compassionate lifestyle, because I have a love for all animals, including humans. Please note that their main source seems to be David Martosko with the CCF, a front for the meat, alcohol, and tobacco industries. Veganism a religion?? Give me a break! I still have to check out the other web site, so I'll get back to you...

Did you get a chance to look at the Penn & Teller video on YouTube? The same information about how PETA kills animals (including puppies & kittens that are adoptable) is in numerous sources - including court documents & tax records. Check out the NoKillNow web site (former PETA people).
