As retired LE, having once been a NCMEC Volunteer, and currently a volunteer matching the missing with the unidentified, Ernie's presentation and being at NCMEC for a meeting a few months ago hits me very hard. I deal with this on a daily basis. Nothing said is exaggerated.This cannot be emphasized enough and the entire story couldn't be told if this video ran 24/7.
