Yes. Think about it one more time. In one hour 13 planes is going to departure and probably the same amount of A/C are going to approach the runway... thank God there are geniouses like You thinking it is slooooow.

I'm enlisting next month into the Air National Guard. This is my job and i am so excited to do it. It is gotta be a heck of a lot of fun!

have you thought about army atc? you can work it out like me and get a 15 month contract and get out and work for the faa. the faa is very shorthanded right now

I sort of want to do this. I am in high school and I think I may want this to be my future career. I work well under stress but, I hope I can do that.

friggin' virtual geek. 13 planes departing in a 45 minute timespan...(over 3 min per departure????) that is SLOOOOOW. SFO with the parallel runways can take over 60 an hour

friggin' virtual geek. Besides...13 planes in 45 minutes??? that is SLOOOOOOOOOOOW LOL. That's one departure every 4 minutes?? Some busy airports crank 'em out as fast as one departure every 45 seconds. 13 planes waiting on the taxiway for departure...sounds like the delay was with atc =)
