to be fair squier strats are a really awesome guitar bought mine for £70. customised it gave it scalloped frets. now it plays beautifully!but i agree with you so much some guy on youtube told me he can play better becuase he plays a Ibanez JEM and he says its better then my Ibanez RG. the guitar is the paint brush we are the artist sound is the art ...not the oter way around!peace guys

thanks man, seems you tube has turned guitar playing into an equipment battle, few realize that the greats can play squier strats and they will sound amazing, all in the fingers.

metalriffs4life is so correct, guitar is an art form completely reliant on the players skills.I once read some thing on EVH being able to play 3 strings of catgut better than the next guy, but the truth of the matter is that skills are worth more than equipment anyday. 5 stars vid
