FUNNIEST THING EVER!!! However, the IT guy is just as dumb as the sales guy. No admin would reboot a working web server just because some sales peon insists that it's down.

You must not be in the IT field then. Regular staff call their IT staff with the dumbest things and use the wrong terminology and then blame us when everything is screwed up. It is a parody of a conversation between a guy from sales and a company tech support guy. You kind of have to be in the field to get it.
